While filming one of Mission Impossible Fallout’s chase sequences in London .Ethan hunt  is actually chasing Henry Cavill means August Walker,there was an accident. While jumping across a building, Cruise’s right foot caught the side of the building at an unfortunate angle, breaking it immediately. Not only did Cruise somehow manage to complete the scene after pulling himself off the building, it’s in the final editorial cut of  the trailer. If you look closely you’ll clearly see that his foot is being bent badly.
