Saamy Square is an action masala film, stars Vikram in the dual role. The film is a sequel to the 2003 film Saamy which is also remade in Hindi as Policegiri. Written and directed by Hari and produced by Shibu Thameens. It stars with Aishwarya Rajesh and Keerthi Suresh as the female leads alongside Prabhu, Bobby Simha, and Soori in supporting roles. Saamy 2 is sure to appeal to the masses, and also move on to become a Television favorite since it’s not necessarily a cinematic experience. But one hopes Hari has gotten the policeman sagas out of his system (5 police stories in all). The movie ends with the tagline ‘Sammy's hunt continues’, so you never know!
